8 pm, Center for the Arts, 72 S. Main St., Homer. Showcasing tracks from his second solo record "No Such Thing as Time." Joining Starmer will be saxophonist Jamie Yaman, trumpeter Bob McMahon, bassist Harold Norton, drummer Dave Alexander, and percussionist Robbie Hunter. Tickets are $20 for adults, and persons under 18 are admitted free. As a way to celebrate the release of the album, a complimentary copy of the CD will go to the first 200 ticket buyers.
